Asoko ni akiko-san ga imasu yo!
Akiko-san is over there!
2. ここにじしょがありますか?
Koko ni jisho ga arimasu ka?
Is there a dictionary here?
B: はい、あります。
Hai, arimasu.
Yes, there is.
C: いいえ、ありません。
Iie, arimasen.
No, there isn't.
3. A:でんわはどこにありますか?
Denwa wa doko ni arimasu ka?
Where is the telephone?
B:あのテレビのそばにあります。
Ano terebi no soba ni arimasu.
It's by that TV over there.
4. A:あのへやにだれがいますか?
Ano heya ni dare ga imasu ka?
Who is in that room over there?
B: 森さんがいます。
Mori-san ga imasu.
Mori-san is.
5. トムさんには車がありますか?
Tomu-san ni wa kuruma ga arimasu ka?
Tom, do you have a car?
6. 私のうちにはいぬとねこがいます。
Watashi no uchi ni wa inu to neko ga imasu.
I have a dog and a cat at home.

いる - iru - To exist, stay (Used for animate things)
ある - aru - To exist (Used for inanimate things)

そば - soba - Nearby, by/near
となり - tonari - Next part, next to, next door
いつか - itsuka - Someday
なにか - nanika - Something, anything
どこか - dokoka - Someplace
だれか - dareka - Someone, anyone
これから - kore kara - From now (on), in the immediate future
そらから - sore kara - And then (Used at beginning of sentence)
それに - sore ni - Besides, moreover, in addition
という - toiu - Named, called (A toiu B = B called A)
